Anthea has an intimate understanding of suffering from hormonal imbalance, body dysmorphia, problematic emotional eating (under and over eating) and bulimia. She has developed a triangular formula to gently leads you towards a forever healthier lifestyle. Her methods begin with a revolutionary de-education program (deconstructing everything you think you know), then moves you into the lifestyle re-education. Changing everything you think you know about diet and exercise.
The focus is on Nurturing your Soul, Nourishing through Food and Moving your Body. Her aim is to transform your body, mind and soul, giving you the skills to influence you into make more mindful decisions when it comes to your wellbeing and enabling you to live your best life.
As a professional trainer and fitness nutritionist, my passion is to guide you towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My Personal Training methods concentrate on functional training, through a combination of cardio, strength and flexibility. As a Fitness Nutritionist, I specialises in hormonal imbalance and addressing these issues through diet. Symptoms such as weight gain, fatigue and low moods can be eradicated. These imbalances arise at critical times in a women’s life, puberty, pregnancy and menopause. Along with an intimate understanding of body dysmorphia and eating disorders, my method is building a custom plan based on your concerns, health, schedule and more importantly, fitness and nutrition goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health. I love nothing more than to educate, encourage and inspire people into the healthiest most vibrant versions of themselves.
